359 DAYS TO GO. Juice fasting day 1. 133lbs

It is rainning :( ... I will go out running when it stops in the afternoon (if it does....)

I am starting a juice fast today at 12.00pm. I need to go buying some more green vegs to do green juices, I hope the rain gives me a break!


I am planning to do the juice fasting for 7 days, but I will see how my body reacts and will decide if I make it longer day by day.  I´ve read that the worts days are 2nd-4th, because your body is detoxing.

It will be hard to fast, since I still need to cook for my bf. I hope I can resist the temptation. I will drink as much juice and tea as I need not to feel hungry. But I am really going to miss the milk in my tea....

BF:

  • Juice: orange and carrot 
  • Milk tea with one weetabix
12.00PM  JUICE FASTING STARTS (Starting weight 133 lbs)


JUICES OF THE DAY:
  • orange and carrot
  • apple, carrot and ginger
  • pear, celery, lemon
  • pear, celery, lemon, cucumber, spinach

Today it was ok. I cook lunch for my bf and I didn't feel hungry. I drunk my juice while he was eating. No problem since my juice was delicious!
I prepared a second batch of juices for the afternoon/evening, this time greener juices.
At night, I wasn´t hungry either.
One pimple pop up on my face, which is not usual (I don´t usually have pimples). I don´t know if it has to do with the detoxing process.

EXERCISE:

  • Dancing class (990 cal). My feet hurt because I used new dancing shoes
