Today is not rainning!... but it's bloddy windy... anyway, I will go out running
BREAKFAST:
Tea Chujoto
one toast with dulce de leche
Apple peel (my bf ate the actual apple)
MID MORNING:
2 Toasts with salami
LUNCH:
Lentils with carrot, onion and potatoe
SNACK:
1/2 pear and 1 slice of pinnaple
DINNER:
Soup with corn and ham
Tea with soy milk
EXERCISE:
