344 DAYS TO GO. 130.7 lbs

Today is not rainning!... but it's bloddy windy... anyway, I will go out running

BREAKFAST:
  • Tea Chujoto
  • one toast with dulce de leche
  • Apple peel (my bf ate the actual apple)
MID MORNING:
  • 2 Toasts with salami
LUNCH:
  • Lentils with carrot, onion and potatoe
SNACK:
  • 1/2 pear and 1 slice of pinnaple
DINNER:

  • Soup with corn and  ham
  • Tea with soy milk
EXERCISE:
