I found a juice fast I can try.  I just need to find 7-day-period where I don´t have any family&friend events...

  • 12-15 Granny Smith Apples x 2
  • 16 – 20  Cucumbers
  • 1 Bag of Carrots
  • 1 Bag of Oranges
  • 6-12 Tomatoes
  • 7 Beets
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 Bag of Basil Large
  • 4 Cups of Blueberries
  • A Bag of Grapes
  • 3 Bags of Celery
  • 5 Big Bags of Spinach or 8-12 Bundles of Kale
  • A Ginger Root
  • 7 Lemons
  • 2 Limes
  • You may want to split up the 7 Day Juice Fast Plan into two separate trips to the grocery store. You can do this by getting 12 apples, 12 cucumbers, 1 bag of celery and 2-3 bags of spinach or kale half way through the 7 Day Juice Fast Plan.
  • After 3-4 days you will start to feel an abundance of energy, headaches will be gone, and you won’t be as hungry. This means you have overcome the hard part and pushed out a majority of the toxins in your body. Keep going strong, it’s definitely worth it. Why stop now?
  • Always wash and clean your produce before juicing it!
  • Clean out your juicer after each use.
  • It helps to take Ziploc gallon size bags and prepare your fruit and veggies ahead of time. I will put breakfast in one bag, and lunch in another bag, it cuts down juicing time in the morning.
  • REMEMBER, you don’t have to follow this 7 Day Juice Fast Plan 100%. Feel free to experiment with your own veggies and fruits while juicing. You can come up with your own recipes so use the above recipes as guidelines.
  • Make sure you are coring your apples as you do not really want to juice the seeds.
  • You can pour any of these drinks over ice and enjoy them or drink them how they are.
  • Do not add salt, but feel free to add spices such as pepper, fresh mint, basil, oregano, chives, or thyme.

I will skip the blueberries or find any other similar fruit.
Also, I will change kale for spinach.

  • Pasta with aubergine, spinach and yogurth sauce
  • A banana
TEA TIME:

  • 1/3 small homemade pizza (homemade tomato sauce, spinach, cheese and bacon)
  • 100 gr greek yogurt (120 cal)
NIGHT SNACK (watching a movie):
  • 300ml milk with Nestquik 4 slices of bread.... too much carbohydrates...

364 DAYS TO GO

I watch this documentary about juice fasting.
I am considering try it, but maybe just for 7 days. I first need to plan it in advance and buy everything.


INTAKE:

BF:

  • Cup of tea Chujoto
  • One weetabix Original + milk tea
  • Glass of fresh made orange+carrot juice
MID:

  • Milk tea
L:
  • 2 pita bread with raw spinach, tomate, aubergine, garlic, 2 spoons of greek yogurth + 1 boiled egg
TEA TIME:
  • 50 g  greek yogurth (60 cal)
  • Tea
DINNER:
  • 1 pita bread with raw spinach, tomate, aubergine, garlic, 2 spoons of greek yogurth
  • some pinapple
  • 100 g greek yogurth (120 cal)
  • milk tea
EXERCISE:
  • Running 7 km (500 cal)

365 DAYS TO GO. 132.7 lbs

First day.

Weather is nice so I will be able to go running this evening. I usually go running 3 or 4 times a week for 1 hour, which burns 400-500 cal.
I use app Endomondo to track my exercise. I usually walk, run and cycle.

Here I write my intake. Btw, I never add sugar to my tea.

INTAKE:

BF:

  • Cup of tea Chujoto
  • One weetabix Original + milk tea
  • Glass of fresh made orange+carrot juice
MID:
  • Milk tea + 1 toast (40 cal)
L:

  • Pasta with tuna and tomate + 1 boiled egg
  • 1 slice of ham
  • 2 persimmon
  • Milk tea
TEA:

  • Milk tea + 2 toast (80 cal) 
D:
  • Pangasius fillet with onion and pepper
  • 2 toast (80 cal) with pate
  • Milk tea

EXERCISE:

  • 25 min aerobics = 200 cal . It was quite chilly outside


Notes about my food:
This Japanese tea is made for women. It taste rather  sour but it's good for women.

Love Weetabix. Tasty and low sugar.

Just turned 29...

Hi everyone!

This is it!  I just turn 29 and I am still unfit.  

I eat healthy (I think I do) and I excersice regurarly but I've never been really fit.  Also I gained some fat during the past year due to medical reasons.

My goal for this year is to become the fittest me!
