365 DAYS TO GO. 132.7 lbs

First day.

Weather is nice so I will be able to go running this evening. I usually go running 3 or 4 times a week for 1 hour, which burns 400-500 cal.
I use app Endomondo to track my exercise. I usually walk, run and cycle.

Here I write my intake. Btw, I never add sugar to my tea.

INTAKE:

BF:

  • Cup of tea Chujoto
  • One weetabix Original + milk tea
  • Glass of fresh made orange+carrot juice
MID:
  • Milk tea + 1 toast (40 cal)
L:

  • Pasta with tuna and tomate + 1 boiled egg
  • 1 slice of ham
  • 2 persimmon
  • Milk tea
TEA:

  • Milk tea + 2 toast (80 cal) 
D:
  • Pangasius fillet with onion and pepper
  • 2 toast (80 cal) with pate
  • Milk tea

EXERCISE:

  • 25 min aerobics = 200 cal . It was quite chilly outside


Notes about my food:
This Japanese tea is made for women. It taste rather  sour but it's good for women.

Love Weetabix. Tasty and low sugar.
