Weather is nice so I will be able to go running this evening. I usually go running 3 or 4 times a week for 1 hour, which burns 400-500 cal.
I use app Endomondo to track my exercise. I usually walk, run and cycle.
Here I write my intake. Btw, I never add sugar to my tea.
INTAKE:
BF:
- Cup of tea Chujoto
- One weetabix Original + milk tea
- Glass of fresh made orange+carrot juice
MID:
- Milk tea + 1 toast (40 cal)
- Pasta with tuna and tomate + 1 boiled egg
- 1 slice of ham
- 2 persimmon
- Milk tea
- Milk tea + 2 toast (80 cal)
D:
- Pangasius fillet with onion and pepper
- 2 toast (80 cal) with pate
- Milk tea
EXERCISE:
- 25 min aerobics = 200 cal . It was quite chilly outside
