364 DAYS TO GO

I watch this documentary about juice fasting.
I am considering try it, but maybe just for 7 days. I first need to plan it in advance and buy everything.


INTAKE:

BF:

  • Cup of tea Chujoto
  • One weetabix Original + milk tea
  • Glass of fresh made orange+carrot juice
MID:

  • Milk tea
L:
  • 2 pita bread with raw spinach, tomate, aubergine, garlic, 2 spoons of greek yogurth + 1 boiled egg
TEA TIME:
  • 50 g  greek yogurth (60 cal)
  • Tea
DINNER:
  • 1 pita bread with raw spinach, tomate, aubergine, garlic, 2 spoons of greek yogurth
  • some pinapple
  • 100 g greek yogurth (120 cal)
  • milk tea
EXERCISE:
  • Running 7 km (500 cal)
