351 DAYS TO GO . 129.6lbs

Well, it is normal that after a fast I gain some weight back (specially when I ate 2 doughnuts yesterday), and I am happy that I am gaining it much slower than I lost it, but I want to break this trend and go back to the "losing weight" trend, so today I am planning to do more exercise.


I started reading to day Skinny bitch


BREAKFAST:

  • Tea Chujoto
  • Tea with soy milk + 1 toast (63 cal)
MID MORNING:
  • Green juice (spinach, pears, celery, lemon)
  • Tea with soy milk
BEFORE LUNCH:
  •  A handful of pistaccios
LUCH:
  • Cauliflower with bechamel sauce
  • Tea with soy milk
SNACK:
  • Tea with soy milk + weetabix
DINNER:
  • Green juice
  • a slice of pinnaple
LATE NIGHT SNACK:
  • a handful of pistaccios
