- Juice: 1 apple, 2 carrots, dice of ginger
LUNCH:
- Rice with chicken and vegetables
- One yogurth
TEA TIME:
- Juice: 1 apple, 2 carrots, dice of ginger
- 2 toasts
DINNER:
- Fried rice
NIGHT SNACK:
- Milk tea with one weetabix
EXERCISE:
- I went walking with my bf in the morning: 7.26 km (355 cal)
