Today I feel fine. I lost 1.1 lbs.
Another pimple popped out on my face, so I think it is because of the detoxing.
Today at 17.00 ( 2 days and 5 hours after I started my juice fast) I start being hungry (I think it is more mental than physical need).
- Tea during all day (including one cup of Chujoto Tea )
JUICES:
- Oranges, lemon and persimmons
- Apple, carrot and ginger
- Carront and oranges
Today I didn't do exercise. I was hungry, so for dinner I had chicken soup. I needed something hot!
I don't think this will break my fast, since it is also a liquid. We will see how much I weight tomorrow.
DINNER:
- Chicken soup without any solid stuff inside
