Today I didn't want to weigh myself. I didn't do exercise yesterday so I don't want to know!
I'll weigh in on Monday morning, so I have all the weekend to do exercise!
BREAKFAST:
- Tea Chujoto
- Glass of soy milk with 2 weetabix
LUNCH:
- 1/2 bowl of rice + vegetable curry with shrimps
- A banana
- Tea with soy milk
SNACK:
- Sandwich with 1 spoon mayonnaise
DINNER
- Chicken soup (no solid things in it)
LATE NIGHT SNACK
- Half glass of soy milk with one weetabix
EXERCISE
