349 DAYS TO GO

Today I didn't want to weigh myself. I didn't do exercise yesterday so I don't want to know!
I'll weigh in on Monday morning, so I have all the weekend to do exercise!

BREAKFAST:

  • Tea Chujoto
  • Glass of soy milk with 2 weetabix
LUNCH:
  • 1/2 bowl of rice + vegetable curry with shrimps
  • A banana
  • Tea with soy milk
SNACK:
  • Sandwich with 1 spoon mayonnaise
DINNER
  • Chicken soup (no solid things in it)
LATE NIGHT SNACK
  • Half glass of soy milk with one weetabix
EXERCISE
  • I love this bread. Just 100 cal
