337 DAYS TO GO

BREAKFAST:

  • Chujoto Tea
  • Tea with soy milk and 1 weetabix
MID MORNING:
  • 2 Toasts with pâté
LUNCH:
  • Homemade Chinese Rice with pork
DINNER:
  • Chicken soup
  • 1/2 pear + 1/2  apple
EXERCISE:
  • Running slow path .... it felt freezing because of the wind!!
