MID MORNING:
2 Toasts with
pâté
LUNCH:
Homemade Chinese
Rice with pork
DINNER:
Chicken soup
1/2 pear + 1/2 apple
EXERCISE:
Running slow path .... it felt freezing because of the wind!!
