354 DAYS TO GO. Juice fasting day 6. 128 lbs (- 5 lbs)

I need to do some more exercise this weekend, so I don't lose muscle.
I can feel that my jeans are looser than before, specially in the lower stomach area.

I am not hungry yet, although I went shopping and there was Xmas chocolate everywhere.
I can't be bother to make the juices either...but I will make an effort to make them and drink them.
I guess it is because it's cold outside, but I rather drink my hot tea than cold juices.....

LUNCH:

  • Soup
  • Tomato with mushrooms
  • One apple
  • Herbal Tea
SNACK:
  • 1 homemade crepe with cheese and corn
  • 2 no-sugar cookies
DINNER:
  • Corn soup
Oficially the fast is over, but I am going to keep it mostly liquids, fruits and vegetables for some days before going back to meat, pasta, bread, fish etc...
