I went running without having breakfast (just a little milk in my coffee). Some studies show that doing exercise before breakfast (or after not eating for at least 4 hours) helps you to burn fat, since there is no other source of energy for your muscles. If you exercise right after eating, your muscles will use all the sugar in your bloodstream, and it takes longer to start burning fat.
So this is my workout today:
INTAKE:
BF:
- Cup of tea (Chujoto)
- Coffee with milk (no sugar)
MID:
- One apple
LUNCH:
- One bowl of Chinese rice (it had pork meat and mushrooms)
- One banana
TEA TIME:
- Milk tea
- Apple
DINNER:
- One bowl of Chinese rice (same as lunch)
NIGHT SNACKS:
- 1 yogurth
- Milk tea
EXERCISE:
- Running 1010 calories (15.15 km).
