BREAKFAST:

LUNCH:
  • Lentils with rice and onion
  • a very small bistec with mushrooms
  • a bannana
SNACK:
  • a portion of chocolate...
  • almonds
DINNER:
  • a hamburger ... I went out with friends for dinner...
EXERCISE:
  • 7.09 KM running in 54 min
  • the same distance back by bike
