362 DAYS TO GO

Yesterday I shouldn´t have eaten all that bread.... but I don´t know why, when watching TV I get hungry.... I guess it is because of all those food commercials ..

I am going to weigh myself every Tuesday. I see pointless to weigh in everyday, since those small changes might be just because of water retention or dehydration.

Today I really need to go running and burn at least 500 cal.

I made my grocery list to buy all the fruits&vegs I need to do the juice fasting but...... shit!  a friend just came over to stay with us for a week ... so I can't start my juice fast till he is gone!!
I am sure he will invite us for dinner out on the last night and it will also be awkward not to eat during his stay...

INTAKE:

B:
  • Cup of tea (Chujoto)
  • Fresh juice (orange, beet, celery, lettuce and pinnaple)

MID:
  • Coffe with milk (no sugar) Spaghetti carbonara
LUNCH:
  • Spaghetti carbonara
DINNER:
  • Chicken soup
  • 1/3 Spanish omelette
  • 1/4 apple
