355 DAYS TO GO. Juice fasting day 5. 129.2 lbs (-3.8 lbs)

Today I reached my first goal, I am under 130 lbs.
I know I shouldn't be very happy for it, since I am sure I will gain some weight once I finish my juice fast, but I will try my best to stay under 130lbs, eating only fruits and vegetables for some days after my juice fast and exercising.

The past two days I wake up before my alarm clock rings and I feel I have more energetic.
Today I woke up at 7.20 and I didn´t feel like going back to bed at all.

I didn't go to the loo either. I guess my digestive systems is completely empty and cleaning itself.
I don't feel hungry (in the mornings I have to force myself to drink the juices)

I don't know how I am going to avoid lunch with my parents this weekend. I guess I tell them I am doing juice fast (although I am sure they won't understand).

JUICES:
  • 2 apples, celery, 1/2 lemon and ginger
  • 2 pears, celery, ginger, 1/2 lemon, 2 small red radishes
  • 1 beet (with leaves), 3 carrot, 1/2 lemon, spinach

I added some soy milk in my afternoon tea.

DINNER:
  • Half cup of Soy milk
