I am afraid today I won't go out running since it is rainning cats and dogs. Tomorrow the weather will be better.
Yesterday my brother noticed that I lost weight (he didn't see me for 20 days) so that makes me happy. Maybe the scale doesn't show excellent numbers, but I am gaining muscle while losing fat, so the numbers on the scale won't always go down.
BREAKFAST:
- Tea Chujoto
- Tea with soy milk and one weetabix
LUNCH:
- Bowl of rice with pumpkin curry
- Tea with soy milk
SNACK:
- 2 Toasts with dulce de leche
DINNER
- 3 spoons of pumpkin curry with rice
- Juice: pear, celery, carrot, lemon
