345 DAYS TO GO. 131.1 lbs

Today weight is not what I expected, specially after I run half marathon yesterday. But it might be caused by my period that came yesterday.
I am afraid today I won't go out running since it is rainning cats and dogs. Tomorrow the weather will be better.

Yesterday my brother noticed that I lost weight (he didn't see me for 20 days) so that makes me happy. Maybe the scale doesn't show excellent numbers, but I am gaining muscle while losing fat, so the numbers on the scale won't always go down.

BREAKFAST:

  • Tea Chujoto
  • Tea with soy milk and one weetabix
LUNCH:
  • Bowl of rice with pumpkin curry
  • Tea with soy milk
SNACK:

  • 2 Toasts with dulce de leche
DINNER
  • 3 spoons of pumpkin curry with rice
  • Juice: pear, celery, carrot, lemon
