339 DAYS TO GO

So I started today with some Crossfit Training at home

Today work out is:

  • Travel WOD 8 (burpees. pushups. situps. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep.) : 1 round 10:47 min
  • Travel WOD 17(21 pushups,42 squats.15 pushups.30 squats.9 pushups.18 squats.) : 1 round 3:40 min

BREAKFAST:

  • Homemade bannan smoothie
  • two toasts with olive oil
LUNCH:
  • We went with some friends to a German restauran. We had salad, potatoes, sausages, eggs and of course eisbein. I also had a hot chocolate muffing
  • Tea
DINNER:
  • 2 pieces of pizza
  • some gnocci
