I am "gaining" the weight back much slower than I lost it, so I don't consider it as gaining back the weight I lost during the juice fast. I will focus on juices and eating mostly fruit and vegetables Mon-Fri and only make another juice fast if I go up to 130 lbs again.
Yesterday I had itchy and running nose... it was horrible. Today it's much better!
Was it because of milk? I don't really know. I won't have any diary product Mon-Fri, and then have some on Saturday and see what happens.

Outside is bloody windy, so I don't know if I will go out running.
BREAKFAST:
- Tea Chujoto
- Orange and persimmon juice
- Tea with soy milk
MID MORNING:
- Tea with soy milk + 4 no sugar cookies
LUNCH:
- homemade corn soup
- broccoli with shrimps and carrots
- 1/2 glass soy milk
SNACK:
- 1/2 glass soy milk + 1 weetabix
DINNER:
- Fish with fennel
LATE NIGHT SNACK:
- Two doughnuts ( I know...I am ashamed for that....I am sure tomorrow I will be over 130lbs... if so, I will make fast juice till I get under 130lbs)
EXERCISE:
- More than one hour walking (283 cal)
