Anyway... I shouln't focus too much on the scale... muscle weighs more than fat, so I can be heavier but fitter.
Yesterday I beat my own running record. Personal best One hour of 8.82 km which is a 310.51 m improvement.
I am making an exercise plan so I can run 5K in less than 30 min before end of Feb 2014.
Winter is coming, so if you want to save some money in your heating bill, here is an idea: heat your room with candles! You just need 2 or 3 candles (the ones you can get in IKEA work ok, the 100pcs pack that last for 4 hours) and two pots!
I will try it as soon as I buy the materials and let you know!

- 2 handful of pistaccios
