353 DAYS TO GO . 128 lbs

So everything was fine, I didn't feel any stomach pain because of breaking my fast, and this morning I went to the loo as I used to do in the mornings.
I still weith the same as yesterday (128 lbs). I guess if I work out hard to build muscle as I keep introducing more and more calories in my diet it will be fine.

Today my allergy got worse.  I must have some allergy to something I ate today (today I drunk some milk in my tea and a yogurth.. maybe it's this).  I am going to stop eating any diary product and see if it improves (it did when I did my juice fast)

INTAKE:

BF:

  • Cup of tea (Chujoto)
MID MORNING:
  • Homemade crepe (without sugar) with cheese and corn
  • Tea with soy milk
LUNCH:
  • Rice with 2 pork ribs
  • one yogurth (72 cal)
SNACK:
  • Tea with milk
DINNER:
  • Corn soup (homemade)



EXERCISE:

  • Cycling: 1 hour 199cal
  • Running: 1 hour 534 cal
  • Total today: 733 cal
