BREAKFAST:

  • Chujoto Tea
  • Tea with soy milk + weetabix
  • juice: orange and carrot
LUNCH:
  • Gratin cauliflower with a potatoe
SNACK:
  • 2 portions of chocolate (280 cal)。。。。。I know
I love Oreo and I love chocolate!!


DINNER:
  • Juice: Apple, Fennel, celery and ginger
EXERCISE:
  • Walking 48 minute 350 cal
