348 DAYS TO GO

Winter is definetly here, so I wear long trousers when I go out running.  What I like about it is that I can wear some extra weight on my ankles without anybody noticing when I go walking or running. I am also doing lot of squats (both legs and singles)  at any time of the day.

2.2 lbs I wear on my ankles
BREAKFAST:

  • Tea Chujoto
  • Orange and carrot juice
MID MORNING:
  • Tea and 2 toasts
LUNCH:
  • Pumpkin curry with 2 naan bread (all homemade)
SNACK:
  • 1 toast with salami
DINNER:
  • Pumpkin curry with 1 1/2 naan bread
  • homemade corn soup
