316 DAYS TO GO

BREAKFAST:

  • Carrot and orange juice
  • chujoto tea
LUNCH:
  • cheakpeas with rice and bacon
  • banana
  • matcha tea with milk and honey
DINNER:
  • Chicken soup
  • Sandwich (100 cal bread, lettuce, slice tomatoe, slice salami, fried onion)
  • matcha tea with milk and honey
EXERCISE: Not bad at all :)


I weighted in after exercise ( I know I shouldn´t, because I am still with my period...) and it was 126.5 lbs (57.4kg) ... hope I can be in the 125 when my period is gone....
