- Sandwich (100 cal bread, lettuce, slice tomatoe, slice salami, fried onion)

EXERCISE: Not bad at all :)
I weighted in after exercise ( I know I shouldn´t, because I am still with my period...) and it was 126.5 lbs (57.4kg) ... hope I can be in the 125 when my period is gone....
