Hope the scale shows a good number tomorrow morning and I am plannin to go running (if it doesn't rain), so I hope on monday I am under 126 lbs.
BREAKFAST:
- Chujoto Tea
- Orange and carrot juice
MID MORNING:
- Coffee with milk (no sugar) and one churro
LUNCH:
- Chicken soup
- Chicken breast + 1/2 blood sausage
- Pinnaple
- Coffee with milk and sugar
SNACK:
- 2 Square of chocolate
- 3 handful of pistachios + 2 matcha teas with milk and honey (while I was watching a movie... so by dinner time, I wasn't hungry)
