326 DAYS TO GO. Fast day 3. 128.7 lbs (0 lbs)

Today is my third day of fasting. During my second day of fasting I didn't lose any weight... I hope tomorrow I lose another 2.8 lbs like during my first day of fast.

BREAKFAST

  • Chujoto Tea
  • Coffee with soy milk
Here I show you my progress, per month and per week. I got the graphics from Endomondo. It is a very useful app and very motivational

LUNCH:

  • One red pepper filled in with beef, one egg and carrots.  Yes, my fast is finished...
DINNER:
  • We went to Ikea, and I had the 10 meatballs plate ( I let my bf had some of them, so I had 6 of them). I googled it and it is like 365 cal

I broke my fast, but I am not angry with myself, because I also did lot of exercise:
  • In the morning I went grocery shopping: 45 min walking: 140 cal
  • Riding to and from the Shopping center: 1h 20 min: 390 cal
  • Walking in the shopping center: more than 2 hours: 245 cal
  • TOTAL: 775 cal 
We will see what the scale says tomorrow.... :S
