Here I show you my progress, per month and per week. I got the graphics from Endomondo. It is a very useful app and very motivational
LUNCH:
- One red pepper filled in with beef, one egg and carrots. Yes, my fast is finished...
DINNER:
- We went to Ikea, and I had the 10 meatballs plate ( I let my bf had some of them, so I had 6 of them). I googled it and it is like 365 cal
I broke my fast, but I am not angry with myself, because I also did lot of exercise:
- In the morning I went grocery shopping: 45 min walking: 140 cal
- Riding to and from the Shopping center: 1h 20 min: 390 cal
- Walking in the shopping center: more than 2 hours: 245 cal
- TOTAL: 775 cal
We will see what the scale says tomorrow.... :S
