It was ok food wise, but I didn't do any exercise.
I went over my parent's place so there I had some coffee with sugar :S and some chocolates, but that's all about it. I could have eaten much more since they were offering me cookies and other Christmas treats... Christmas treats!! Come on! It is still beginning of December...
Anyway, today is Monday, and a new month. My goal this month is at least 5 kilos. I will go visiting some friends abroad in a month, and I want them to notice that I lost weight!
So I need to do more exercise and watch out my intake.
BREAKFAST:
- Tea Chujoto + 1 weetabix
MID MORNING
- 2 Toast with olive oil
LUNCH
- Homemade corn soup with 1 toast
- couliflower with small bowl of rice
- one persimmon
SNACK:
- Two toasts with olive oil
DINNER:
- Half bowl corn soup
- spinachs
- cup of homemade 米漿
EXERCISE:
- 1 hour cycling: 10.5km: 270 cal
Hola guapa..! si quires perder los 5 kilos, tendras que hacer un esfurzo un no comer bombones... pero ni uno, vamos! Un beso!
