I can't write what I ate ... I have bad memory :), so I'll just write today intake and exercise.
Today, after exercising I was 127.6 lbs! My lowest so far!!
BREAKFAST
- Chujoto Tea
LUNCH
- Cauliflower with bechamel sauce and bacon
- Homemade corn soup
- Matcha tea with milk and bit of honey
DINNER:
- A filet of lean pork
- Matcha tea with milk and bit of honey
