321 DAYS TO GO. 127.6 lbs

Sorry I've been out for some days, but I've done quite well with food and exercise.

I can't write what I ate ... I have bad memory :), so I'll just write today intake and exercise.

Today, after exercising I was 127.6 lbs! My lowest so far!!

BREAKFAST

  • Chujoto Tea
LUNCH
  • Cauliflower with bechamel sauce and bacon
  • Homemade corn soup
  • Matcha tea with milk and bit of honey

    DINNER:

    • A filet of lean pork
    • Matcha tea with milk and bit of honey
    EXERCISE:
