328 DAYS TO GO. Fast day 1. 131.5 lbs

I am going to start another fast today, like last month, when I did a 5 days fast and lost 5 pounds.
In my last fast, I went down from 133lbs to 128lbs and a month after the fast I weighed 131.5 lbs, so I can tell that I definetly lost 2.5 pounds for good.

This time I definetly can make it 9 days because my parents are out of town this weekend, so I won't have any family meal. Maybe I can make it one week longer if I can avoid the weekend meals with my family.

In this fast, I want to get under my next goal (125lbs) so that when I end the fast I can stay under 125lbs.  I will keep doing exercise as regular so I don't lose muscle  and keep my metabolism high.

I still can't comment on other people's blog... it is so weird ;(

INTAKE

Tea, sometimes with some soy milk.

EXERCISE

  • Running 55 min: 498 calories
  • Going back by bike 16 min : 83 calories
  • Total 581 cal
