Today I found out that I can´t comment on other people blogs.... I have to fix this problem but just to let you know that I keep reading your blogs which are really inspiring.

- bit of lentis (leftovers from yesterday)
- couliflower with bechamel and bacon
SNACK
- Tea with soy milk
DINNER
- Matcha tea with milk
EXERCISE
- Walking 1 hour 5 min : 4.65km : 234 calories
