Today is Friday and the weather is great! A weekend ahead to do exercise and keep going with my fast. So far, in just one day I lost 2.8 lbs (1.3 kg), not bad but I know it's mostly water. I'll keep doing exercise so I don't lose muscle and keep drinking water to avoid dihydration.
During all day long I am having tea with some soy milk and 4 cups of coffee with milk (no sugar). Today I felt cold (I guess because of the fast), I need more and more hot tea ! :)
For dinner I had a bowl of fish&seafood soup.
