BREAKFAST

LUNCH
  • Lentils with carrot, potatoe, onion and bacon
DINNER:
  • A hamburger with french fries
EXERCISE
  • We went to a shopping center and we walked for like 2 hours
  • Cycling 45 min, 7.68 km, 197 cal
