318 DAYS TO GO. 125.65 lbs

Sunday... finally I can go running during the day.. although it wasn't sunny :(
I definetly need to buy running gloves. I'll check the options at Decathlon... I hope there have pink ones :)

After running I weighted myself before showering  and..... 125.65 lbs!!!

BREAKFAST:
  • Chujoto tea
LUNCH:
  • Rice with peppers and chicken
  • Toast with cheese
  • Half persimmon
  • Coffee with milk and sugar
SNACK:
  • Coffe with milk and sugar
  • A piece of chocolate cake ( my friend's birthday....)
DINNER:

  • Handful of pistachios
  • Fried rice with shrimps

EXERCISE:
  • Running: 865 cal :)
