Sunday... finally I can go running during the day.. although it wasn't sunny :(
I definetly need to buy running gloves. I'll check the options at Decathlon... I hope there have pink ones :)
After running I weighted myself before showering and..... 125.65 lbs!!!
BREAKFAST:
- Chujoto tea
LUNCH:
- Rice with peppers and chicken
- Toast with cheese
- Half persimmon
- Coffee with milk and sugar
SNACK:
- Coffe with milk and sugar
- A piece of chocolate cake ( my friend's birthday....)
- Handful of pistachios
- Fried rice with shrimps
EXERCISE:
- Running: 865 cal :)
