My period just came today... so no weight-in till it is gone!
The last number I saw on the scale was lower than 126 lbs, and I don't want to see it again ever!
At least my period is much less painful thanks to the Chujoto tea. Now I don't need to spend the first day in bed.
I like watching "I used to be fat". You can see some episodes on Youtube.
If I feel tempted to eat unhealthy food, I just watch it and my mind goes into healty mode again! haha

SNACK:
- sunflower seeds

- Panga fillet with lettuce, un slide of bread and onion
